Shipping policy

International orders — free standard shipping

Snakko accepts international orders for the countries and regions available at checkout. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase; select the Free Shipping option at checkout. Delivery availability depends on the destination, product availability and our fulfillment partner's carrier services. A country appearing at checkout does not guarantee that every address in that country can be served.

Please provide a complete physical street address. Our current shipping service does not deliver to PO Boxes. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you to arrange an eligible address or cancel and refund the affected order.

Where orders ship from

Orders are supplied and fulfilled by our third-party partner, CJdropshipping, from China. Your purchase and customer support remain with Snakko.

Estimated processing and delivery

Current supplier estimates are 1–3 days for processing. Processing and transit are separate. International transit times vary by destination and available carrier service; there is no single worldwide delivery estimate. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate for your address or have a time-sensitive order. Any estimate provided is not a guaranteed arrival date and may change because of stock availability, customs checks, carrier conditions or holidays.

We will notify you of a material delay and explain the available options, including cancellation or a refund where applicable. If your order is overdue, contact us rather than waiting indefinitely.

Tracking

When an order is dispatched and tracking is available, we send the tracking information through your order notification. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes collected by Snakko are shown at checkout. Free shipping covers the standard delivery charge; it does not waive any tax or import duty separately assessed by authorities. If a carrier or customs office requests an unexpected import charge, email us before paying so we can help verify it.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address before ordering. Email manhnh0908@gmail.com promptly with your order number for an address correction, cancellation request or missing parcel. Changes depend on whether warehouse processing has begun. Our Return and Refund Policy explains remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect and missing items.
