Refund policy

30-day support for damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect or is missing parts, contact manhnh0908@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where possible. Keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed your request.

For a confirmed problem, we will offer an appropriate replacement, replacement part, full refund or partial refund for a minor issue with your agreement. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Returns and return costs

We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong color or no longer want the item, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved defect claim.

Eligible claims are normally resolved without a physical return. If an inspection requires a return, contact us first: we will provide the authorized return address and prepaid shipping instructions. Snakko covers shipping costs for an approved return of a defective, damaged or incorrect item. Do not send items to the parcel sender or our business address without written instructions.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. If it has not appeared after that processing period, email us with your order number.

Cancellations and delivery problems

Email us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction. We can cancel before warehouse processing begins; once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. We will confirm the status and explain your options.

If a parcel is late, lost or marked delivered but missing, email us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will resolve confirmed non-delivery with a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights. An incorrect delivery address or failure to collect a parcel can affect the available remedy.
